Welcoming Datalytics to the Lovelytics Family

Today is a big day for Lovelytics. I’m thrilled to announce that we are officially welcoming Datalytics—a world-class data and AI consulting firm based in Argentina, Colombia, and Spain—into the Lovelytics family.

This isn’t just an acquisition. It’s the blending of two exceptional teams, two innovative cultures, and one powerful vision. Together, the two companies will create a 340-person Databricks-focused Data and AI consulting firm, backed by Databricks Ventures and Interlock Equity. This will create something truly special—a unified organization poised to lead the way in data, AI, and analytics consulting across the Americas. I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.

Why Datalytics?

When I first connected with Pato Moreno (CEO of Datalytics) and Guille Watson (CDO of Datalytics), it felt less like a business conversation and more like meeting kindred spirits. We quickly realized that how we run our businesses, how we foster close relationships with our teams, and how we tackle client challenges were almost perfectly aligned. It’s rare to meet people who share the same ethos and approach, but in Datalytics, we found just that.

Over the past year, we’ve partnered with Datalytics on several projects, and I’ve seen firsthand the talent, creativity, and relentless drive their team brings to every engagement. Their relentless dedication to enhancing client outcomes shines through in everything they do – always asking, “How can we do this better and faster?” and “What can we automate to make this easier for future clients?” That innovative mindset is a natural match for Lovelytics, and it’s one of the many reasons I know this partnership will thrive.

But this isn’t just about expertise—it’s about the people. I’ve had the privilege of spending time in their offices over the past year, and I’ve been struck not only by their professionalism but also by their warmth, hospitality, and fun-loving nature. While I might not have fully embraced Argentinian matè or Colombian Aguardiente, I always felt welcomed with open arms.

On the work front, the Datalytics team brings energy, passion, and a commitment to client success that elevates everything they do. On a personal level, they are simply a joy to be around. Adding 240 talented professionals to our team doesn’t just make us bigger—it makes us better.

For Our People: A Culture-First Integration

At Lovelytics and Datalytics, our product is our people. We are a services business, and our clients are ultimately investing in the time, talent, and expertise of our teams. That’s why this acquisition isn’t just about scaling operations—it’s about building a unified culture where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired.

This partnership adds an entire group of professionals to Lovelytics with fresh ideas in AI, migrations, culture, and technology—ideas that will make our business even greater. Both Lovelytics and Datalytics share a belief that great work starts with great people, and this acquisition strengthens that foundation.

To our Lovelytics team: get ready to meet some incredible new colleagues. The Datalytics team brings fresh ideas, innovative solutions, and a wealth of experience that will make us stronger as a whole.

To our new Datalytics teammates: welcome to Lovelytics! We are so excited to learn from you, collaborate with you, and build something amazing together.

For Our Clients: Bigger, Faster, Smarter

For our clients, this partnership means one thing: more opportunities to create impact.

  • More talent to tackle your toughest data and AI challenges.
  • More innovative IP to drive real impact and accelerate your projects.
  • More capacity to deliver solutions at scale.

Datalytics brings proven Databricks migration accelerators that have reduced migration timelines by over 50% in LATAM. We’re excited to bring those capabilities to the U.S. market, helping our clients modernize faster and more efficiently.

Their leadership in AI and machine learning is equally impressive. From delivering cutting-edge solutions across industries to their innovations being showcased by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, the Datalytics team has shown they are leaders in the space. Together, we’re positioned to shape the future of data and AI with solutions that deliver tangible results for our clients.

For Our Databricks, AWS, and Azure Partners: Shared Partnerships, Shared Vision

This partnership also strengthens our relationships with core technology partners, including Databricks, AWS, and Azure.

Both Lovelytics and Datalytics have built our businesses around Databricks as a core platform. This shared focus, along with partnerships with Azure, AWS, and others, positions us to lead the data and AI ecosystem.

Our combined expertise means we can push boundaries, explore new possibilities, and deliver unmatched value. We’re not just growing—we’re scaling innovation.

Looking Ahead

This is more than an acquisition. It’s the start of something new, something exciting, and something truly transformative. Together, Lovelytics and Datalytics are building a consulting powerhouse, grounded in elite expertise, a people-first culture, and a relentless drive for results.

To our teams, clients, and partners: thank you for your trust and support. To the Datalytics team: welcome to Lovelytics! I can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together.

The future of data and AI is bright—and we’re ready to shape it, together.
