What Our LATAM Team Loves Most About Working at Lovelytics

At Lovelytics, our LATAM team brings together talented professionals across countries, cultures, and time zones to deliver innovative, high-impact work.

The merger between Datalytics and Lovelytics meant that 2025 was a year full of changes for the LATAM team. However, beyond the initial uncertainties, the team became even more united.

When we asked them what they enjoy most about being part of Lovelytics, their answers highlighted what makes this team so special — collaboration, growth, flexibility, and trust.

The People and Collaboration

For many, the best part of working at Lovelytics is the people.

“The best part of working here is the strong support and experience from both the LATAM and U.S. branches,” shared Juan Zozaya, Data Engineer. “In my project, I value the organizational and technological complexity, as well as the cultural diversity and high skill level of my team.”

María Agustina Benitez, Business Analytics Translator (BAT), added, “The team and the way we work. Everyone is always very willing to help, and the remote setup doesn’t feel isolating at all. Every day is different, and I learn so much from my teammates.”

That sense of connection is echoed by Dorian Battiato, Project Manager, who said, “I really enjoy constantly meeting new people and the great relationships we maintain across the team. The projects I’m involved in present different challenges that motivate me every day to become better.”

Growth and Learning

Continuous learning is at the core of the LATAM team’s experience.

“The people, the growth opportunities, and the trust they placed in me to continue developing both personally and professionally,” said Ignacio Berisso, Business Analytics Translator (BAT) Leader.

Maryory Cortes, Data Engineer, shared, “The best part is the constant learning and the supportive environment. I’m always encouraged to explore new tools or methodologies, and the team is always open to sharing knowledge.”

Jackeline Gómez Londoño, Data Engineer, added, “I love the culture of continuous learning and the use of modern technologies. The People team is always attentive to our needs, and I value the opportunity to grow personally and professionally through training and certifications.”

Flexibility and Autonomy

Lovelytics empowers its LATAM employees to work flexibly and with trust.

“What I enjoy most is the autonomy I have to manage my projects and the trust placed in people,” said Kevin Mercs, Project Manager. “I’m motivated by a collaborative environment where there’s a constant drive to improve—both technically and personally.”

Gaston Wechsberg, Project Manager, added, “I really appreciate the possibility of remote work—it saves me commuting time and gives me balance. But what truly stands out is the human quality of my colleagues. Everyone collaborates regardless of role, and most importantly, we’re all pulling toward the same goal.”

A Culture That Connects and Inspires

Across LATAM, our team shares a passion for learning, collaboration, and impact. Whether it’s solving complex challenges or connecting across borders, the LATAM team embodies what makes Lovelytics such a special place to grow.
