Nousot Announces New Business Enablement Service Line Led by Tammy Waggoner

Technology is a game-changer—but only if it delivers real business value. Too often, organizations invest in data and AI solutions that remain underutilized, disconnected from strategic goals, or fail to drive measurable impact.

Nousot has always been focused on delivering outcomes with our consulting services, but as the stakes grow ever higher, we’re excited to announce the launch of Business Enablement, a new service line where we are consolidating these capabilities focused on ensuring technology investments translate into tangible business outcomes.

Leading this effort is Tammy Waggoner, an industry veteran with deep expertise in driving enterprise-wide impact across finance, operations, and commercial functions. Under her leadership, Nousot’s Business Enablement practice will bring together our skills and accelerators focused on helping organizations not just implement data and AI technology—but fully adopt, integrate, and optimize it for sustained success.

What is Business Enablement?

Business Enablement ensures AI, analytics, and data solutions move beyond implementation to real business impact. This practice is designed to help organizations:

  • Align technology investments with business priorities
  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption and integration
  • Ensure measurable ROI through structured value realization frameworks
  • Enable business functions like finance, sales, marketing, operations, etc. to leverage the investments for impact

“At Nousot, we believe technology should be a catalyst for real business transformation. Business Enablement ensures that organizations not only deploy AI and analytics but truly integrate them into their operations for measurable and sustainable impact. Under Tammy’s leadership, this service line will drive the business outcomes our clients need to succeed.”

– Cavan Dunn, Chief Operating Officer at Nousot

Meet Tammy Waggoner

Tammy brings decades of experience aligning data, technology, and business strategy. Having held leadership roles in finance and commercial functions at Sara LeeHillshire Brands, and Tyson Foods, she specializes in enabling AI, analytics, and data solutions to deliver measurable impact. Her expertise in financial forecasting, customer experience, and operational efficiency makes her the ideal leader to drive business-wide technology adoption.

Strategic Collaboration with SAP & Databricks

Business Enablement is further strengthened by the SAP and Databricks partnership, which provides greater access to critical enterprise data across HR, finance, and operations. By working closely with Naresh Sigamani, head of Nousot’s SAP-Databricks Service Line, Tammy and her team will ensure clients fully leverage this integration for smarter decision-making and improved business outcomes.

The Future of Business-Driven AI Adoption

Nousot’s Business Enablement practice marks a major step forward in bridging the gap between technology and business success. By focusing on adoption, integration, and measurable impact, we ensure that every AI and analytics investment contributes to sustained growth and transformation.

We’re excited to partner with our clients to unlock the full potential of their technology investments – and we’re just getting started.
