Sudhir has more than 30 years of experience in data, AI, and technology consulting.

At Lovelytics, he founded and leads the GenAI practice, defining the strategy, delivery methodology, quality framework, and reusable solution patterns that have helped establish Lovelytics as a leading GenAI partner in the Databricks ecosystem. Under his leadership, the team has delivered enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI solutions across industries including financial services, manufacturing, retail, and consumer goods, and achieved Databricks Elite GenAI Partner status.

Sudhir is also an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska Omaha and a frequent speaker and writer on GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and the evolving enterprise AI landscape.
