We’re thrilled to be sponsoring this year’s Data + AI Summit, by Databricks.
With 10 amazing tracks and over 20 technologies to learn about, you can tailor the experience to your role and level. Last year’s event was sold out, and this year will be even bigger and better than ever. Here are 5 killer reasons to join us at the premier data & AI event:
1 — High Caliber, Greater Focus
There are a lot of tech conferences out there, and we know the big vendors have high-quality events. But those events, which are colossal and cover so many topics across tech, can be tough to navigate. The Data + AI Summit gives you the best of both. With over 500 sessions and 10 tracks, the event offers a breadth of options for customization – but with a laser focus on data and AI.
The conference program caters to key data roles: data scientists, data engineers, data architects, and executives who oversee data programs. You can tailor your agenda to your specific role. GenAI and AI/ML will be a huge focus of this year’s event (of course). There’s also a central focus on storytelling, with an abundance of real-world customers sharing their stories on stage.
2 — Incredible Speakers
On that note, the speakers are top notch at Data + AI Summit. Across the 500+ sessions and technical trainings, speakers are rigorously selected, with sessions prioritizing actionable insights and lessons learned. This year, the event features speakers from top brands including Shell, Northwestern Mutual, Doordash, Unilever, Instacart, CVS, Starbucks, and so many more. Sessions are primarily happening on Tuesday and Wednesday, the core days of the conference. Monday’s focus is on training and certifications, and sessions continue Thursday along with wrap up.
3 — Industry focus
The event zeroes in on key industries, with vertical tracks and special industry-specific events. The industries that Data + AI Summit calls out are: financial services, healthcare & life sciences, manufacturing, communications media entertainment, government and public sector, retail and consumer goods, and energy. The Expo Hall is also laid out with industry focus areas, making it easy to connect with leaders in the same vertical.
To meet the needs of attendees in these industries, Databricks is hosting Industry Forums on Tuesday afternoon, one for each specific industry. The sessions included in the forums are specifically led by peers within the same vertical, with valuable insights on the use cases within the industry. Our own Giacomo Listi is speaking alongside Xcel Energy as part of the Energy Industry Forum, sharing how they’ve unleashed GenAI and advanced analytics capabilities leveraging Databricks.
4 — Excellent Networking
In addition to ample opportunities to sharpen your skills, Data + AI Summit also has a huge focus on bringing people together to learn from each other. From the Welcome Reception on Tuesday night in the Expo Hall to the Data After Hours party on Wednesday, there are so many opportunities to network with thousands of data and AI professionals across industries. The huge Expo Hall is also open all day Tuesday, Wednesday, and some of Thursday, providing constant networking opportunities along with demos, snacks, and swag.
5 — Connecting with Nousot
