So what makes the Chicago office special?
Lovelytics’ Chicago office is in the Central Arts Building in River North – an old brick warehouse converted to office space. With exposed beams, brick, and massive windows, the office overlooks the Brown Line for easy commutes.
About 60 Lovelytics teammates are based in Chicago. While Lovelytics is a remote-first company, we run a flexible hybrid setup: come in when you want to collaborate, work remotely when you need focus time, and gather together when it counts.
Here is a closer look at what day-to-day life actually looks like in our Chicago space:
Coworker Collaboration
Collaboration and mentorship are core pieces of Lovelytics’ culture. Project teams frequently get together in the office to collaborate in person. Early-career team members are paired with a dedicated advisor upon joining to provide guidance, support, and career development.

The Lovelytics Advance Program
We also run Advance out of our Chicago office, our program for recent grads, early-career consultants, and career changers coming into analytics from somewhere else. It opens with a multi-week bootcamp, then you move onto real client projects and stay in the program for roughly two to three years with structured training and mentorship the whole way. Several of our current leaders came through it. In-person trainings and mentorship happen in our Chicago office to support fast learning and collaboration.
“I was drawn to Lovelytics after learning about the Advance program,” said Angela Chen, Lead Consultant at Lovelytics. “Coming out of academia, I knew I was interested in working with data, but wasn’t sure exactly what that would look like as a career. The Advance program has allowed me to explore roles from Data Visualization to DevOps to Data Engineering in a variety of industries from CPG to Manufacturing to Energy and Utilities. Being exposed to a wide variety of what’s possible has helped me better understand myself and my interests, and I’m happy to have worked with a team that has supported this journey.”
Pet-Friendly Office Days
And not just coworkers are welcome. Once a week, the Chicago office hosts dog days – where team members can sign up to bring their dog into the office.
“Bringing our pups to the office encourages connection, strengthens culture, and helps create an environment that feels more welcoming and human—so to speak,” says Liz Cleveland, People Operations Specialist at Lovelytics. “My dog loves being here as much as I love bringing her.”

Not just pet friendly in Chicago, Lovelytics also offers pet insurance as part of our comprehensive benefits package.
Lovelytics Team Gatherings
With happy hours, team dinners, and the occasional Cubs game, the Lovelytics Chicago team gets together in person to connect and refresh. Team gatherings and friendships go beyond after work socials across all of our North America offices, team members often connect outside of work during evenings and weekends as well.
Additionally, once a year, the whole North America team, and plus ones, gets together at Lovelytics Live. Last year we gathered in Arizona, where we were served beverages by a donkey, took ATV rides, and celebrated our successful year under the stars!

We’re hiring
